Support and Special Benefits

In addition to career prospects after completing the apprenticeship, we offer our apprentices a range of support and special benefits even during their training. Every apprentice is assigned an individual mentor, as well as supervisors and instructors who are always available to listen to their concerns. We regularly organize trainee meetings, parties, and outings, and support our trainees with in-house tutoring, English courses, and special leave for exam preparation for their final exams, as well as a bonus system for good performance at work and school.

Personal Qualities

The requirements for vocational training at our company can be found in the individual job descriptions. When selecting our trainees, we place particular emphasis on personal qualities that apply across all training programs, such as attention to detail, independence, and the ability to work in a team. Depending on the apprenticeship program, we collaborate with vocational schools in Bad Windsheim, Neustadt an der Aisch, Ansbach, Fürth, Nuremberg, Dinkelsbühl, Forchheim, and Selb. For travel between the workplace and vocational school, our trainees have access to our company-owned bus routes, for which subsidized tickets can be purchased.
