Customized Work Schedules
To meet the individual needs of our employees, we offer a range of different, flexible work schedules as well as the option of flex time. In the assembly department, there is also the option of 2- and 3-shift schedules.
"Mothers' Shift" in Assembly
To make it easier for mothers working in assembly to return to work after parental leave, we also offer the so-called “Mothers’ Track.” This is a model with reduced working hours designed to help balance work and family life.
