Unable to work
For employees who have been unable to work for more than six weeks continuously or repeatedly within a one-year period, we offer a workplace integration management program (BEM). This period always refers to the past twelve months, regardless of the calendar year and regardless of the illness or its cause.
Support
The BEM is designed to provide support for minimizing health risks in the workplace, overcoming incapacity to work, and preventing recurrence of illness.
Participation is voluntary.
