Daycare and Preschool
Company-run Daycare Center
Our employees have the option of having their children cared for full-time. At the Frieda Lang Haus, which was established specifically for this purpose, children as young as 6 months can be enrolled in our company-run daycare center year-round, with care tailored to their needs.
Care
Preschool care is divided into nursery and kindergarten and is provided by experienced, state-certified teachers and childcare workers. The facility is tailored to employees’ shift schedules, and free childcare is also available for those working overtime or on Saturdays.
Open Concept
Childcare is based on the principles of Montessori education. This means we use an open concept, with no fixed groups but rather themed rooms and weekly schedules. In addition, children have the opportunity to make music, and the program includes weekly forest days as well as physical activities indoors and in the garden. The childcare program also includes special preparation for preschoolers to help them transition to school.
Holiday Program
Full-day care is also available during school breaks (except between Christmas and New Year’s), during which children are offered a special holiday program.
