As a family-owned business, we are constantly striving to help our employees achieve a healthy work-life balance. We therefore offer various options to support them in this endeavor.
First, we offer a wide range of flexible work schedules that allow us to address the individual needs and life situations of our employees.
In addition, we offer full-day childcare for our employees through our dedicated Frieda Lang House. We care for children aged 6 months to 12 years in our nursery, preschool, and full-day school. Of course, we also provide childcare during school breaks.
