MEKRA Lang supports
On the one hand, we offer our employees the opportunity to save for retirement through capital-forming benefits, which we support financially. On the other hand, we have developed the MEKRA company pension plan in collaboration with the pension specialist TPC.
Company Pension Plan
This means that we contribute to our employees’ conversion amounts as part of the company pension plan (bAV). Employees may contribute their capital-forming benefits to this plan and choose between a lifetime annuity or a lump-sum payment.
